Lana Del Rey Features In Shocking Rape Scene For Leaked Marilyn Manson Video

Lana Del Rey has featured in a shocking rape scene in a new music video for controversial artist Marilyn Manson. The singer appears in the video for ‘Pretty When You Cry’, wearing just underwear and a t-shirt, when the viewer is shown her being sexually assaulted. The video also shows signs of a ‘rape’ party with balloons and a drowning woman. Speaking about the disturbing images, director Eli Roth told Larry King he had worked on a collaborative piece with the two singers in 2013, but admitted he didn’t think anyone should see the finished product: “I made a video with Marilyn Manson and Lana Del Rey… the footage is so sick, it’s been locked in a vault for over a year”. Despite the shocking footage, Del Rey has come under praise for her portrayal of rape, with fans thanking her for not glamourising the scenes and showing her obvious distress. The leaked video has now been removed, with no immediate plans for Manson to release it to the general public.
