Laura Whitmore shares photo from ‘magical’ secret wedding to Iain Stirling

Laura Whitmore has finally given fans a glimpse at her wedding day.

The TV presenter shared a photo from her ceremony, showing her and her new husband Iain Stirling posing together after tying the knot. Stylish as ever, Laura donned a 70s-inpired white suit for the occasion while Iain wore a classic navy suit. Posting on Instagram, she explained that they had gotten engaged last year but "never felt the need" to tell the world.

"A year ago Iain asked me to marry him and we had the most magical, perfect ceremony," she wrote. "We loved having it to ourselves. We had been planning the perfect celebration and I will forever be so thankful that’s what we got. We have never spoken publicly about our engagement or wedding. Back at the time we never felt the need to say anything as it’s all such a personal experience. We also were too busy enjoying it! "We’ve never shared this picture before now but a lot of people have contacted us and congratulated us the last month with good intentions so here’s to good news!"

It's been reported that the couple wed in a city hall ceremony in Dublin in November with just 25 guests. The pair are set for a busy year in 2021 as they're expecting their first child. Laura recently revealed that she was pregnant, announcing that she's due in early 2021.
