Leslie Jordan's official cause of death has been confirmed three months following his tragic passing. Back in October, a representative for the much-loved actor confirmed the sad news that Leslie had passed away at the age of 67 after having been involved in a car accident in Hollywood. An autopsy report from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office now shows that he died from a "sudden cardiac dysfunction.” The coroner has ruled his death as natural and has cited arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease as a secondary factor. Leslie was best known for his recurring role as Beverley Leslie on the hit sitcom Will & Grace, and for appearing on American Horror Story. Leslie also became a household name in 2020 due to his presence on social media, entertaining his followers with some much-needed lockdown humour. Leslie's agent confirmed his death on October 24th, saying: "The world is definitely a much darker place today without the love and light of Leslie Jordan.” “Not only was he a mega talent and joy to work with, but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the nation at one of its most difficult times. “What he lacked in height he made up for in generosity and greatness as a son, brother, artist, comedian, partner and human being. “Knowing that he has left the world at the height of both his professional and personal life is the only solace one can have today."
