Lindsay Lohan is said to have gone on a number of dates with The Script frontman Danny O’Donoghue after the pair met while they were both guests on ITV’s The Jonathan Ross show.
The 28-year old actress, who was discussing her role as the lead in a new play, met the Dubliner when the band joined the chat show to celebrate their third UK number one album.
According to The Sun, Lindsay and Danny enjoyed a string of dates following their initial meeting on the ITV show, with Danny even going to watch the Hollywood star in her London play ‘Speed-The-Plow’.
Despite hitting it off, a source told the newspaper that the romance “just fizzled out”.
While the Mean Girls actress is said to be now dating a UK billionaire banker, Danny is said to be still single following the end of the romance.
Danny broke up with his long-term girlfriend, model Irma Mal, after he allegedly began dating contestant Bo Bruce he mentored while acting as a judge on The Voice UK.
While he has denied any relationship with the singer, Bruce, whose debut album was penned following the affair, has claimed that BBC bosses prevented The Script frontman from being seen with the singer in public.
