Lindsay Lohan has been hit with a $60 million lawsuit this week as a website developer has accused her of stealing one of his ideas.

Fima Potik has filed suit against Lohan and her brother, Michael claiming that the siblings took his idea and used it as their own. According to reports, the Lohans brought the “clone” of his idea to another investor.

Potik is claiming that their app Vigme is the same as his app called Spotted Friend, a virtual closet app, which they were all meant to work on together. He claims that not only did they take his idea but that they have also broken other areas of the contract.

It is reported that he is now suing them for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and loyalty and unfair competition.

His lawsuit states the app “is nearly identical in design and layout to Spotted Friend’s mobile application.”

The lawyer for the Lohans Ravi Batra has reportedly denied all claims that the idea was stolen and told the New York Daily News; “I look forward to holding Fima’s feet to the legal fire and hope he is wearing fireproof clothing all the way to the appeals court.”
