This is heartbreaking.

We all struggle with body image. Some days are better than others, but you can also have times when you just feel really shit. We look up to stars of the 90s as icons. The way they dressed and the way they wore their hair, so it can be truly heartbreaking when they reveal that they didn't feel so confident about themselves all those years ago. Lisa Kudrow has opened up about how she felt while working on Friends alongside Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox... and it isn't good. Speaking with Marc Maron on his WTF podcast, the 55-year-old said she felt like a "mountain." "You see yourself on TV and it’s that, 'Oh, my God, I’m just a mountain of a girl'. I’m already bigger than Courteney and Jennifer — bigger, like my bones feel bigger. I just felt like this mountain of a woman next to them." She also said that because she was constantly trying to stay thin, she was also always getting ill. "Unfortunately for a woman, if you’re underweight, you look good. And that’s all I ever got. When I was too thin, I was sick all the time. A cold, sinus infection… I was always sick." Thankfully, Lisa has conquered her body image issues and said that while she still has off days, she's much happier in her skin now.
