He deserves a break, in fairness to him.
Zara McDermott and Adam Collard broke up recently.
Their whirlwind seven month romance came to a sudden halt a few weeks back when Zara shared a fairly damning statement saying that they had broken up and that she wished she could have been “enough.”
Harsh, and also upsetting.
Since then, it has transpired that Adam was the one who did the breaking up after he was caught spending the night with two women while on a night out with Jack and Sam.
Zara texted Adam going off on him (as you would), and he responded by saying that he wanted to end things because their relationship “wasn’t working.”
Right.

And as if the breakup wasn’t messy enough, Adam has now decided that he’s going to take Zara’s Christmas present (that he bought for her, remember?) and use it himself.
The present isn’t a months gym membership or a Groupon for a massage though – it’s a full on trip to the Maldives.
Grim.
The Sun reports that Adam’s heading off on the holiday this week with a mate of his – instead of canceling the trip or, God forbid, letting Zara go on her own.
A source close to the pair said that the 23-year-old had a “change of heart” and decided to withhold the tickets from his ex.

“He spent a lot of money on it as a Christmas present to Zara, but he’s going to take a friend instead,” they said.
“Things are still bitter between them, so he thinks it’s best if he’s the one who gets to go away.”
“Adam plays up to the cameras that there was nothing wrong in the relationship, but in reality he knows his wrongdoings.”
Nice of him to admit, yeah.
This comes after Zara brought Adam to Miami to celebrate his 23rd birthday.
We’re sure she spent a lot of money on that holiday too.
