The luxury Dublin home that Taylor Swift once rented has hit the market for €5.25 million.
The Anti-Hero singer stayed in 5 St James Terrace on Clonskeagh Road during the summer of 2021 with her then-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, who was in Ireland filming the TV adaptation of Sally Rooney’s Conversations with Friends.
Swift is believed to have visited Wicklow during this time, something which she references in the track Sweet Nothing from her 2022 Grammy-winning album Midnights.

From the mahogany wood piano to the blend of old-world sophistication, how did Swift end up renting the home?
Well, it is believed that a friend of the home's owner, Bob Haugh, has links to the music business and asked if he could take a video of their converted coach house for a potential rental.
The friend came back to ask if the family home would also be available to rent, something the Haughs agreed to due to them spending much of their summer abroad.
When Haugh learned that the superstar was the client looking to rent his home, he had the piano tuned upon her arrival.
The 14-time Grammy winner was evidently grateful to the family, leaving them a signed photo of her with the message: “To the Haugh family, Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home. Sending love and gratitude to you all! Love, Taylor.”
The Haughs are now taking on a self-build project nearby and are placing the stunning five-bedroom home on the market with an asking price of €5.25 million.
It’s the kind of place you’d only own in your Wildest Dreams...
