Although Daniel O’ Donnell’s Strictly Come Dancing partner Kristina Rihanoff has dated two of her former partners, wife Majella is cool as a cucumber.
Speaking on Ryan Tubridy’s Radio 1 Show, the 55-year-old revealed that she has no worries about Daniel running off with his partner.
Majella thinks Daniel will excel at the foxtrot.
She said: “I am very relaxed about it for God’s sake.
“The poor woman doesn’t have to go off with everyone she dances with.
“I don’t think I’ll be ditched, I’m fairly confident about that.
“Kristina is very happy where she is now and we are very happy. I have no qualms about that at all. I have met her and she is lovely.”
Kristina is dating former dance partner Ben Cohen.
It’s a busy year for Daniel when it comes to reality shows – not only is he starring in the BBC Talent show, but he will also star in UTV Ireland’s Daniel and Majella’s B&B Road Trip.
Speaking about the programme, Majella said: “It starts at beginning of October and it is quite entertaining and funny.
“I saw it for the first time and have been laughing my head off. People are going to think that I am nuts and they are going to see a different side to Daniel.
“They will see his wit and how we interact.”
