Mariah Carey is reportedly being sued by her former personal assistant who claims she was “overworked” and “underpaid”.

According to reports, Ylser Oliver (49) is suing the All I Want For Christmas singer and claims she was forced to work seven days a week with 16-hour long days. She alleges that she did not get paid overtime nor was she given meal breaks.

“My client put her family’s life on hold while tending to Mariah Carey’s family and Mariah repaid her by underpaying her,” stated attorney Matthew Blit.

“My client is a very hardworking woman who treated Mariah and her family like her own, working all hours of the day and night… Even celebrities are required to abide by the law.”

It has been reported that the former assistant, who worked for Mariah for seven years, is looking for “a significant amount of money”.
