So, Meghan Markle and Amal Clooney are best mates now and we need to be part of that friendship

Meghan Markle (excuse me, the Duchess of Cambridge) is great. Amal Clooney is also great. Two incredible gals just out and about in the world doing good, looking good, and pretty much just being very good at everything they do, really. One might have been so naive to think that the closest to a Meghan/Amal crossover we were ever going to get was the royal wedding when Amal showed up with George on her arm and that stunning yellow dress on her body. She was a dream and we will never forget it. As it turns out though, Meghan and Amal are actually a lot closer than anyone ever envisaged and are pretty much, basically best mates now. Isn't that lovely? According to People magazine, Amal has been helping Meghan "settle in" to life in London and the pair have formed a "natural friendship." Like, it doesn't exactly say they're best mates in words so much, but we're going to go ahead and assume that they're spending every waking moment together because how glorious would that be? People's source goes on: “Meghan and Amal have known each other for a while [and share] many interests," they say. Standard behaviour for any basic friendship. We're happy with that, continue. “Amal has been helping Meghan settle into London life,” the source says. “It was a very natural friendship from day one.” Natural. Settling in. This really does have all the components for an absolute BOM (best of mates) scenario if we ever saw one.
