Meghan Markle is helping Prince Harry to eat better by putting this in his fridge

The Duchess of Sussex is making sure her husband is fit and able for the arrival of their little one this year by stocking his fridge full of nutrients and goodness.

Replacing alcohol with green juice and massively cutting down his intake of caffeine, it is rumoured that Meghan has had a “Meghan effect” on Harry and his old eating ways by swapping bad habits for good.

Meghan is taking the regins on Harry’s health and fitness.

A royal biographer who wrote Meghan: A Hollywood Princess, commented on the prince’s new lifestyle and relationship with food by saying: “When California met Kensington there was only going to be one victor in the dietary smack-down.”

It is rumoured that Meghan even changed the entire contents of his fridge to make sure it now includes hummus, carrots, green juice, almonds and chia seed pudding, foods Meghan can apparently not go without.

“Meghan, though, comes from the other end of the foodie chain; she loves cooking, exploring new foods and experimenting with fresh flavours,” the author added.

It is noted that Harry ditched the drink to accompany his wife on her abstain during pregnancy which came as quite a surprise to friends according to The Express.

“Considering he’s been a pretty brutal drinker since he was a young teenager, it’s quite an achievement,” the source revealed.

The Meghan effect is in full swing.
