Made In Chelsea stars Cheska Hull and Fran Newman-Young have been sent home from New York mid-way through filming for the American version of the reality show.

The stars had joined other series regulars including Spencer, Binkie and Louise in the US for the first series of MIC: NY but were allegedly sent home after producers branded them “too boring” compared to other members of the cast.

The pair were said to be left “furious” by the snub and have now threatened to quit Made In Chelsea altogether.

According to the Daily Mail, 26-year-old Fran was said to have been particularly furious, as she turned down a ‘top job’ within the music industry back in London to travel Stateside with the show.

However, a source close to the show said that “members of the cast come and go throughout the group’s stint in New York. They were all living in different parts of the city, not just Fran and Cheska”.

“We are looking forward to welcoming Fran and Cheska back to the show for series eight,” they added.
