We’ve become so accustomed to seeing flawless #nofilter selfies on the Internet that we almost expect to wake up looking completely perfect each morning so we have a whole newfound respect for Zooey Deschanel following her latest move.
The actress, who plays Jessica Day in comedy sitcom New Girl, took a candid shot of what she looks like in the morning, complete with ruffled hair and red-rimmed eyes, and posted it to Twitter with the message ‘Good Morning! #nomakeup #nofilter’, taking the proverbial out of her pouting, airbrushed colleagues and reminding us that most celebs probably do look just like us when they roll out of the leaba.
