We can't imagine how hard it must be to live life in the public eye.
People constantly tracking your every move, talking about you and of course, the rumours.
It's a lot.
One person who knows this way of life all too well is Nicola Hughes. She joined us at our Girls With Goals live event recently to talk all about reality television, fashion, and everything else she's been getting up to in life. Check out the whole episode below.
Nicola gained popularity after she joined the cast of the ninth series of the popular E4 reality series Made in Chelsea.
During her time on the show, Nicola publicly dated Alex Mytton, who was also starring in MIC.
The relationship didn't work out, and the stunning Irish gal has since started going out with a new guy.
And that's kind of why you rarely see the new fella on social media.
Speaking at our Girls With Goals live event, Nicola admitted that she wants to keep her private life, well, private.
"I don't feel the need to showcase him on my Instagram, he does get the odd little post or story, but in general, my Instagram is not about my life, in a sense."
"It's more about fashion and beauty, and that's how I like to keep it because I'm a bit traumatised by the reality TV situation. I'd like to keep things more private."
We don't blame her in fairness.
If you want to hear more of Nicola's musings, and her thoughts on reality TV, listen here now.
