Nothing Says Marry Me Quite Like a Hula Hoop Crisp!

Her music career and place on The X Factor judging panel might be a tad questionable but it seems that Tulisa Contostavlos’ personal life is soaring.

Apparently the singer-turned-talent-show-judge was asked a very important question by her boyfriend Danny Simpson recently.

It appears that the Newcastle United star asked his other half to marry him during a night out with friends.

But that’s not the best bit as reports claim he did it using a hula hoop crisp. What a lucky gal!

Thankfully for Tulisa, and our faith in romance, it was all a big joke as the footballer tweeted: “What a night! Ended up engaged ha [sic].”

 

Danny and Tulisa only started dating a matter of months ago.

Despite not getting engaged, Danny did refer to Tulisa as his wife in a tweet about her going all out for his birthday.

He wrote: “Had an absolute mint birthday today the wifeys spoilt me loads :) n thanks for all the nice birthday messages [sic].”

So while he might not have seriously popped the question, it seems that their relationship could be heading that way. We’ll keep you posted!
