One Direction Star Celebrates As His Mother Gives Birth To Twins

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is now the eldest of seven, after his mother gave birth to twins on Monday. His mother Johannah has been with the twins’ father Daniel Deakin for two years, having split from her ex Mark Tomlinson when Louis shot to fame on the X Factor. A spokesman for Louis said: 'Daniel and Johannah are pleased to welcome twins - a boy Ernest Rupert Atholl Deakin and a girl Doris Poppet Deakin. 'Daniel and Johannah would like to thank Barnsley hospital and their special care unit. All the family are delighted.' The twins were born prematurely at the Barnsley hospital in South Yorkshire, near Louis’ hometown of Doncaster. 22-year-old Louis is a proud brother  Ernest weighed 5lbs 2oz while Doris was smaller, weighing in at 4lbs 11oz. A source told The Sun that Louis was delighted to be in the country ahead of One Direction’s Brits performance next week, as he was able to meet the babies. 'He met Ernest and Doris and fell in love with them,' said the source. 'Family is massively important to him so he was made up that he was not abroad and was able to meet them so soon after they were born.
