Don't start buying your hats just yet but the gossip mill is in overdrive this morning with claims that Katy Perry and John Mayer are engaged. Several media outlets are reporting that the pair are set to marry, after the Roar singer was spotted with a gold band on engagement finger on Valentine's Day. Photos on the Daily Mail website today show Mayer and Perry leaving a restaurant after a romantic dinner on Friday evening, with the 29-year-old grinning broadly and making no attempt to hide the suspicious piece of jewellery. Following a short break-up last year, the couple appear to be going from strength to strength and released a duet entitled 'Who You Love' in December. Perry separated from comedian Russell Brand in 2011, while Mayer has developed a reputation as a Hollywood womaniser, dating Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jessica Simpson and Cameron Diaz.
