I'm going to be honest here, I'm not entirely sure why this man is famous. But it seems he's making sure to keep himself in the spotlight for as long as possible with this recent controversial snap.
Clowns have always been a feature of Halloween with many people choosing to dress us as one for the occasion.
But due to the recent plight of clown stories that have emerged, it's safe to say that it is bad timing for such a costume.
There have been reports of everything from break-ins to attacks by 'creepy clowns' and sadly it doesn't show signs of stopping.
So it's no surprise that people were outraged when Stephen Bear posed on Instagram as a clown with an axe.

While some laughed at the most, the majority criticised him for being so insensitive.
"You should take this down or I'll report you! This isn't funny!" One person said.
"Your such a pr*ck right now well you always have been but your a sick twisted one right now" Another said.
While another Instagram user added: "Your a fooking horrible insensitive pig. Shame on you."
The post has been up for several days now and Stephen has not responded or removed the post.
In fact, a day later he posted a short video dressed as a clown, adding fuel to the fire.
