We all remember the time we got a hold of the scissors and started chopping away to our hearts content. 

Oh, we were so bold... and our mothers' faces were just priceless. Terrifyingly angry at the time, of course, but looking back now, priceless. 

This photo of Suri Cruise walking the streets of New York this week proves that celeb kids can get a hold of the scissors at the wrong time too. We're just assuming this of course, we just don't know of any self-respecting hairdresser would style a kid's hair like this.
