It seems one person took their love affair with the Great British Bake Off to a whole new level.

One baker decided to pay a tribute to the little Prince… by making a ridiculously life-like cake of the toddler.

The cake, which stands just under 3ft tall, took Lara Mason 30 hours to create.

According to Metro UK, the sugary statue won her the top prize of best overall cake at the Cake International show at the NEC in Birmingham.

There’s only one small problem… the cake itself is slightly terrifying.

Posting images of the process to a Facebook group, Lara admitted they could be deemed a little creepy:

‘BE WARNED!! Some of these photos are pretty creepy’

She did thankfully remind people:

‘…remember this cake was for a decorative competition, so therefore won’t be eaten.’

Phew.
