The X Factor host is pictured in the selfie with new judge Nick Grimshaw and he’s looking pretty different indeed.
Grimmy is hiding behind a lovely head of curls and Caroline captioned the snap: “TBT to when @nicholasgrimshaw had a perm [sic].”
