Thirty six-year-old Katie shared a snap of her with her five children Harvey (12), Princess Tiamii (9), Junior (7), Jett (15 months) and Bunny (three months) with the caption ” me and my beautiful babies”.
Before Bunny was born, Katie revealed that her third husband Kieran Hayler, father of Jett and Bunny, had cheated on her with two of her best friends.
Katie decided to forgive him and there are rumours that the pair are planning to renew their wedding vows.
The model, who recently released a new book entitled Make My Wish Come True, is also said to be working on a new reality TV series.
