Solange Knowles looked like a vision in photos from her wedding at the weekend but as it turns out, the day didn’t exactly go to plan.
The Sandcastle Disco singer married video director boyfriend Alan Ferguson in New Orleans on Sunday and TMZ has revealed that she suffered an allergic reaction following the ceremony, which caused her to break out in hives across her face.
According to the site, Solange’s break-out was caused by a food allergy and sister Beyoncé and brother-in-law Jay-Z were at hand to help her with the emergency.
Luckily, the hives are believed to have passed in a matter of minutes and the 28-year-old was seen happily partying with her new husband later that evening.
