Pregnant Imogen Thomas was rushed to hospital yesterday after fears that she had lost her unborn baby.

The glamour model revealed that she got a huge fright when she started bleeding.

Thomas rushed herself to hospital for an emergency ultra sound where technicians told her there was nothing to worry about.

The former Big Brother housemate said: “Thank you to the fabulous doctor and midwife this morning. Had a fright but all is okay and baby seems fine.”

A spokesperson for the model said: “She had a small amount of clotting and panicked. But she was told everything was fine so she’s extremely relieved.”

The model revealed her pregnancy last weekend after dating boyfriend Adam Horsley for only ten months.

The former mistress of footballer Ryan Giggs said the pregnancy news brought her great happiness after a disastrous year.

“I can’t believe how happy I am, what happened last year was utterly horrendous.

Thomas’ happy news was the subject of much Twitter abuse this week.
