Prince William is currently hanging out with a black rhino in Tanzania and it’s just too much

The cuteness.

Prince William said earlier this month that his wife Kate was “insanely jealous” of his trip to Africa and now we can see why.

William is on a solo tour in the continent, making stops in Namibia, Tanzania and Kenya as part of his role as president of the United for Wildlife organisation.

The prince is clearly having a ball, as evidenced by photographs just released by Kensington Palace.

While in Tanzania, William is touring the Mkomazi National Park where 50 black rhinos are part of a breeding programme that aims to save them from extinction.

Their offspring will be used to reinforce existing populations across Tanzania.

While on safari through the park, the official royal photographer snapped this stunning photo of Will feeding one of the rhinos.

Speaking at the residence of the British High Commissioner to Namibia earlier this week, William said that conservation was the focus of his visit.

“This is an issue very close to my heart and I know is a matter of deep pride to you all as well. Your country is famous for its beautiful environment and wildlife.”

Africa is a place that’s special to both William and his brother Harry.

William proposed to Kate in Kenya in 2010 while Harry brought Meghan on a safari trip for her birthday in 2017.

Meghan’s engagement ring also features diamonds sourced in Botswana.
