Chris Hemsworth is the latest actor to take the title of People’ Sexiest Man but there’s one shocking omission from the list – Ryan Gosling.
Fans have regularly decried the apparent snub but a source revealed today that the magazine has offered the accolade to the Drive actor “multiple times” and he has refused to accept it.
According to The Wrap, the actor’s team didn’t think the title sat well with his image.
“They tried a few times, especially during his huge year in 2011,” said the insider.
“The consensus was he’s too serious for it, too artsy.”
