Ryan Gosling went out of his way to rescue a dog at the weekend.
The Big Short actor was driving through Palm Springs with girlfriend Eva Mendes when he came to the dog in need.
They were on the way out to celebrate Eva’s 42nd birthday when he spotted the dog running in the middle of a busy road.
According to US Weekly, he pulled over his car, got out and picked up the dog before reuniting it with the owner.
