Suzanne Jackson bids farewell to her dog Bella in heartbreaking post

For many of us, losing a pet is like losing a family member.

And today, Suzanne Jackson said goodbye to her dog Bella on Instagram.

In a very emotional post, the blogger shared ten images of her dog and wrote: “As 2017 draws to a close, there’s one thing I’m thankful for in 2017 and that is meeting Bella.

“I’ve written a blog post from the heart sharing all her funny moments, why we loved her so much and the lessons she taught us along the way.

“She made our world. RIP my black beauty. I’ll never forget you. See you at the rainbow bridge my love. Forever in my heart.”

Suzanne had to fly home early from her family holiday in Lanzarote after it was confirmed that Bella had passed away.

I haven’t stopped crying for my bella, and for Marley! We found marley and we are so so happy , but my heart still aches. ? We all all absolutely blown away by the support from people the last few days. The support has been something else. There are some amazing people in the world and we are so grateful to each and every one of you. Social media has it downsides, but in this case, it’s worked it’s magic for the positive. I am absolutely broken over my bella. ?I just can’t believe it. I am in bits. I feel like my right arm has been cut off. My heart hurts. May she rest in peace. ❤️❤️❤️ And welcome home marley. The blogger, her husband Dylan O’Connor, her siblings and other family members had gone away together to celebrate Christmas in the sun, but the break has been cut short.

Her other dog, Marley, had been missing for several days but was thankfully found.
