Taylor Swift has gone out with more celebrity men than we’ve have hot dinners but lately, she’s ditched the dating and focused on making a few BFF’s instead.
Swift apparently hasn’t been on a date since breaking up with Harry Styles over a year and a half ago and instead had forged friendships with model Karlie Kloss, Girls actress Lena Dunham and Lorde.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, she said that her single life has made making friends easier as she no longer sees women as competition.
“When your number-one priority is getting a boyfriend, you’re more inclined to see a beautiful girl and think, ‘Oh, she’s gonna get that hot guy I wish I was dating,’” Swift says.
“But when you’re not boyfriend-shopping, you’re able to step back and see other girls who are killing it and think, ‘God, I want to be around her.’”
