Taylor Swift’s January Vogue cover just landed and it’s absolutely stunning

The cover follows the release of the 27-year-old's most recent album, reputation.

Taylor Swift has been announced as the cover star of the January 2018 edition of British Vogue and the photos are absolutely gorgeous.

The photos were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott, who the reputation. singer says shot her album artwork, and feature Swift wearing a beautiful Saint Laurent dress by Anthony Vaccarello.

The magazine will also feature a 12-page shoot with the pop star, styled by the editor-in-chief Edward Enninful.

The cover follows the release of the 27-year-old’s most recent album, reputation. 

She thanked the team who worked on the photoshoot in a sweet Instagram snap on Monday.

The pop star wrote:

“Thank you @edward_enninful and @mertalas for your passion, spirit, and contagious laughter on set.

“Mert and Marcus took these photos for @britishvogue and my album photos for reputation, and it’s been such a bonding experience working together so closely and talking so much about what we wanted to make.

“It’s been a while since I’ve done a magazine cover. I’m really happy my first one back was with such wonderful people.
#newvogue”

It comes as tickets to her second Dublin gig are due to go on sale this Friday.

Tickets to the Look What You Made Me Do hitmaker’s Croke Park gig on June 15 went on sale on December 1, but a second date was soon added due to demand.

She will now be playing the home of the GAA once again the following night, on June 16.

Tickets are priced beginning at €74.50 each and will go on sale at 9am on December 8.
