Those who have yet to experience childbirth could well be lured into thinking it’s a walk in the park, if the latest updates from Robbie Williams are to be believed.
The pop star took to Twitter earlier today to share a picture of wife Ayda Field’s high-heel clad feet in hospital stirrups, saying: “When Ayda goes into labour she comes correct 😉 RW x”
The couple are in hospital awaiting the arrival of their second child, a younger brother to two-year-old Theodora Rose, aka Teddy.
Williams broke the happy news that Teddy was set to be a big sister back in April, and Ayda’s due date had been tipped to be an October one.
Throughout the day, Williams has been keeping fans on the frontline, sharing affectionate videos of himself and his wife dancing for each other and pacing the hospital corridors.
It’s a far cry from the usual picture of labour… but that could all change as the hours go by!
