Very naughty, Prince William.
So background – to commemorate forty years of the Prince’s Trust, the Duke of Cambridge and his brother were interviewed by cheeky ITV duo Ant and Dec.
This time, it wasn’t the younger royal rogue Harry who shocked the nation, but golden boy Prince William.
In a chat about their father’s love of correspondance and charity work, Prince William described Prince Charles’ terrible handwriting – and turned the air blue at the same time.
He said: “At school we regularly swapped letters and said ‘I think I know what it says can you read it to me?’, and it was just drivel!
“Just in case it was a bollocking we didn’t know about.”
And, of course, Twitter fell in love.
Fallen in love with Prince Harry and Wills after this, even more so when Will said “bollocking”. #TrustAt40
