This is exactly what Ant thinks about Holly taking over his I'm A Celeb role
Earlier this year, it was announced that AntMcParlin would be taking an extended break from TV for 2018 and as a result, he won't be involved in two of his regular shows, Saturday Night Takeaway and I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.
Saturday Night Takeaway has been postponed until 2019 and Holly Willoughby will present I'm A Celeb alongside Declan Donnelly, Ant's long-term partner, this year.
You might have wondered how Ant feels about his decision and by all accounts, he's perfectly fine with it, even "happy".
Holly and her This Morning co-presenter Phillip Schofield recently sat down with The Daily Mail to chat about This Morning's upcoming 30th anniversary.
This gave Holly an opportunity to say that she is simply "borrowing" Ant's I'm A Celeb shoes and that she has his blessing, something which is of great importance to the mum of three.
"He was part of the discussion from the off. He’s happy that I’m looking after it until he gets back. It does help that we all know each other".
Phillip is a huge support too, even if he has been teasing his co-star about all the creepy crawlies she will encounter while in Australia.
Reassuring Holly that she would be "brilliant", he said:
"The great thing is we’re all mates, Dec is a mate of ours. It’s just the nuts and bolts and guts you have to worry about".
