Now that it has been confirmed that Garth Brooks’ dates at Croke Park will not go ahead, focus has turned to the “unprecedented” refund process and Ticketmaster has just released details on its website.
On July 15th, anyone who bought tickets online, over the phone or on their mobile will have their money refunded directly to the card used during the purchase but have been warned that it could take seven to ten days to reach their account.
Those who bought their tickets in person at a Ticketmaster outlet will have to complete a refund form and either post this to Ticketmaster or hand the completed refund form to a Ticketmaster Ticket Centre. In both cases, customers will need to return the form with their Garth Brooks tickets.
