Vicky’s To Blame: Spice Girls Are Gone, This Time For Good

The awkward moment "Viva Forever" isn't taken as literally as it was hoped...

The Spice Girls have reportedly decided to retire (yes, this time for good) because Vicky B won't be a part of their world tour plans, Daily Mirror reports.

Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell were all up for travelling the globe next year but decided to cancel their plans 10 days ago after a meeting about the future of the band was held via a conference call.

"Led by Geri, the girls had been plotting a world tour as a four-piece band, culminating in a final night at Wembley Stadium.

"The three other girls had been initially up for it but once they started having meetings they realised the capital wasn’t there," a source told the paper.

"They also feared a general apathy from the public if Posh wasn’t in the fray, leading to dates not selling out. Victoria’s obviously a big pull when it comes to the fans and she also guarantees press coverage."

Ahhh, good times. 

The Spice Girls have also recently announced the closure of their musical, Viva Forever.

It looks like they could be gone for good, save for a few 90s graphic tees at the back of wardrobes around the country.

Keep them, there's bound to be a reunion tour in 10 years time.
