Bieber was picking up the very first award for Milestone achievement and he wasn't going to let the opportunity slip without letting everyone know how amazing he is because, well, he's an artist.
Bieber commented: "I'm 19 years old. I think I'm doing a pretty good job. Basically from my heart, it should really be about the music.
This is not a gimmick, I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously."
