Forty two-year-old Sofia joined Dancing with the Stars star Derek Hough (remember Cheryl’s Parachute video) to dance to Footloose at HBO’s post-Emmys party.
“We always try to find out where Sofia’s going ’cause that’s where the dance party is,” Sofia’s Modern Family costar Jesse Tyler Ferguson told PEOPLE on the Emmy Awards red carpet.
