The model said: “I remember when Amber came out and she was so nervous. It upsets me to know we are both citizens of this country and don’t have the same civil rights.”

Vogue will marry her boyfriend, former Westlife star Brian McFadden in Italy next month.

“I can get married as many times as I like. Sure look at my Brian – he’s going to round two and if he doesn’t behave there’ll be round three,” she said.

Brian was married troubled reality star Kerry Katona in 2002, but the couple split two years later. The pair had two children, Molly, 11 and Lilly Sue, 9.

Brian and Vogue will wed in Italy next month

Vogue and Brian are planning a low key ceremony in Italy next month and have only invited close friends and family.

The March for Marriage event was hugely successful and LGBT Noise spokesperson Max Krzyzanowski said: “The main plank of our campaigning is to open the institution of civil marriage to same sex couples.”
