Sarah McKenna Barry

The book will be called Jump for the Stars.

Vogue Williams has just revealed plans to release a children’s book next year.

Taking to Instagram, the model and DJ announced the news by sharing a video of her three-year-old son Theodore.

He tells the camera: “My mummy’s written a book, and I’m excited!”

In her caption, Vogue gave more information. She wrote: “Woo wooooo!!!! So excited to be writing my first ever children’s book with @newfrontierpublishingul with beautiful illustrations from Tilia Rand-Bell.

“Jump for the Stars will be published October 2022 and is based on what I know Theodore and Gigi will love.”

She added: “I hope your babies will love the book too.”

As well as releasing her first ever children’s book, 2022 will see Vogue and her partner Spencer Matthews welcome their third child, who is due in April.

Recently, she hinted at possible baby names while joining Angela Scanlon on RTÉ’s Ask Me Anything.

She told Angela that, for a girl, she loves the name Romy, and if she has a boy, she likes Jasper or Otis, as she’s a massive fan of Netflix’s Sex Education.

However, husband Spencer has other ideas. Vogue revealed that he “hates” the name Romy, while she vetoed his suggestion – Rocco – because she used to have a dog by that name.

While on the show, Vogue also talked about how she deals with mum-shaming.

She pointed out how she was criticised for returning to work after the birth of her daughter, and yet Spencer was spared for doing the exact same thing.

Vogue said: “I always find it funny because Spencer went back to work the next day – I at least waited three weeks.

“I went in to do my radio show and I just think it’s always really funny, I never know why people care about it. If you’re not murdering somebody or doing anything awful like that, I don’t mind what you’re doing.”
