Hands up if you’d like to look like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley… (Yes, that’s just about everybody)

The underwear model is one of the most stunning ladies in fashion, and with a svelte figure and toned limbs, she’s long lusted after for her slimline figure.

So when her trainer James Duigan imparted the secret to the model’s biggest health and fitness tip, we were of course keen to pick it up for ourselves: Coconut fat.

As part of her clean and lean diet, Rosie is a big fan of using coconut fat in her cooking, with the added benefits of digestion and health.

Speaking to Women’s Health, trainer James said:

“Coconut fat is good for you in so many ways. For example it helps with your digestion and boosts your immune system. It can also help you to lose fat if eaten in moderation, since it boosts your metabolism.”

Not sure how to add the fat to your diet? James recommended trying coconut yoghurt and adding a teaspoon of organic coconut oil to coffee instead of low fat milk.

The trainer also added that he motivates Rosie on days where she’s tired by changing her approach from training to moving:

“Replace the word ‘train’ with ‘move’. You should move every day – walking, swimming, tennis. Everyone should have confidence and self-belief, whether they’re 6ft or 5ft 2in.”

Although she’s obviously on a careful workout and diet regime, it’s nice to know it’s not strictly for the stars.

If we get to look like Rosie, we’ll happily try this one out…
