Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are reportedly under investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services.
Radar Online is claiming that the organisation opened an investigation last week and that it could involve a number of visits with the family over the course of the next month.
A source told the website: “The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely co-operative with officials”.
The reports come only a matter of weeks after a photograph emerged of the couple’s 13-year-old daughter Willow lying on a bed beside 20-year-old actor Moses Arias, both of whom will also be questioned.
Speaking previously about the picture, Jada told TMZ: “There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it”.
Neither the Smith family nor the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services have confirmed or denied the claims.
