X Factor Judge Makes £10,000 Donation To Father With Terminal Bowel Cancer

Earlier this week we had the story of young couple Ryan 'Felix' Glenny and his other half Cola Weller who got married last Friday. Their story is incredibly touching for Felix is battling bowel cancer and was recently told it was incurable. On hearing Ryan's story, X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne made a donation of £10,000 to Ryan and sent him a message of support. It read: “Dear Felix, from a survivor, never give up the fight and hope. God Bless you and your family. Love, Sharon Osbourne.” Sharon beat colon cancer ten years ago and also underwent a double mastectomy after discovering she carried a breast cancer gene. Sharon made a very generous donation to Ryan and his family Ryan's wife Cola is deeply moved by Sharon's generosity, “It has really put my mind at rest because I know I can look after my children now. I’m so grateful to everyone that’s donated. “To get a donation from Sharon Osbourne herself is incredible. It’s a huge amount. “I honestly can’t believe the level of kindness that both friends and strangers have shown.” The couple who got married in the social club of Medway Maritime hospital, Kent have two children, Ralph(2) and Pearl (4 months).
