X-Men actress Famke Janssen has reported a break-in at her Manhattan penthouse, but this wasn’t any kind of normal break-in.
Janssen contacted police after she found a children’s book in her apartment that did not belong to her. The actress found the book beside her bed.
The Taken star came home to find the book, The Lonely Doll, on a shelf in her bedroom. However, she claims she is the only person who would have access to the penthouse and that she does not own the book, according to E! News.

There were no signs of forced entry in the house and nothing has been reported missing from the apartment.
The book itself tells the story of a lonely doll that befriends two teddy bears.
Worryingly, Janssen reported to police in 2005 that she was being stalked by a fan who was sending her letters and photos.
The NYC Police Department confirmed they were investigating a burglary at the apartment.
