Congrats!

YouTube star Jenna Marbles and her longtime partner Julien Solomita have officially tied the knot after nine years of dating.

In a heartwarming post to Instagram, the Twitch streamer shared the happy news by posting an array of stunning wedding pictures.

The couple were photographed on a grassy landscape as Jenna, whose real surname is Mourey, stunned in a ballgown with lace details.

Julien wore a suit with a bolo tie and flowers pinned at the lapel, but also threw on some small sunnies for some of the pictures as well as his bride’s veil.

The couple also posed alongside Jenna’s chihuahua Marbles, who she adopted in 2008, as he sat in a pram and posed happily for the snaps.

Summing up the ceremony, Julien captioned the slideshow: “married otters <3.”

Despite Jenna announcing she was leaving the world of YouTube back in 2020, the community of YouTubers and influencers jumped into the comment section of the post to share their congratulations.

Pewdiepie wrote: “Yay, congrats guys!”

While Connor Franta added: “my heart is full for you two, congratulations!!”

iJustine noted: “OMG THIS IS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The couple announced their engagement in April 2021 when Julien very casually broke the news during a Twitch stream, saying: “A little while ago—this is so weird—I asked Jenna to marry me and she said yes. So, we are engaged.”

As for what inspired him to pop the question, Julien explained: “I just woke up and wanted to be married to her.”

Back in June of 2020, Jenna announced she was leaving YouTube after she made an apology following accusations of blackface and racism.

She addressed videos she had posted between 2011 and 2012, including impressions of Nicki Minaj where she wore dark make up as well as rapping anti-Asian slander while wearing traditional Asian clothing.

Stating that she never intended to cause hurt, she wished it “wasn’t part of my past” and deemed her actions “shameful” and “awful”, before revealing she would take an indefinite hiatus from her channel.
