Adele is know for making each concert memorable. Whether that's for bring a drag queen up on stag, or having Irish singers Ronan and Glenn join her in a duet. So it was lovely that her long-term partner Simon Konecki made the concert special and surprising for Adele for a change. The rather low-key couple have been together for five years and have a little boy together named Angelo. This week, on the couple's fifth anniversary, Adele was performing in Toronto. There were 4 different messages on the confetti, all equally adorable. They said:

She recently made comments recently about planning for baby #2 at her Nashville concert. She told her audience: ''My son is about to turn four very, very soon.''
