Arctic Monkeys have announced a show in Dublin later this year

Expect tickets to sell out in the blink of an eye.

Arctic Monkeys have announced a show in Dublin’s 3Arena on September 24 this year.

The Sheffield band will release their sixth album Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino next month, and they’ve announced a show down in the Docklands as part of a UK and Ireland tour.

Tickets are priced beginning at €65.95 including booking fee and will go on sale from the usual outlets on Friday April 13.

The Lemon Twigs have been announced as special guests on the dates in September.

The full list of tour dates includes:

  • September 6/7 2018 – Manchester Arena
  • September 9/10 – The O2 Arena, London
  • September 15 – Birmingham Arena
  • September 18/19 – FlyDSA Arena, Sheffield
  • September 24 – 3Arena, Dublin
  • September 27 – Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle

The news of the tour comes as the band have announced their sixth studio album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino, is set to be released on May 11.

The band have already promised that the album will “up the ante in a big way”, with a “bold and brilliant album reflecting Turner’s ever more comprehensive creative vision.”
