Right.

Chloe Ferry has defended Rodrigo Alves’s use of a racial slur on last night’s episode of Celebrity Big Brother.

The ‘Human Ken Doll’ used the word twice during a conversation with fellow housemates Gabby Allen, Natalie Nunn, and Chloe Ayling.

Alves said that Dan Osbourne wasn’t his type because “I like a ****** boy. He’s too white for my taste.”

He then repeated the racial slur for a second time after Gabby asked him what he had said.

Alves was given a formal warning from Big Brother after claiming that he only said the word because he was “drunk.” He was ultimately allowed to remain in the house.

Former CBB star Chloe Ferry since defended Alves’s use of the word, saying that she believes him to be a “nice person.”

Speaking to Rylan on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side, she said:

“I think he’s a very nice person, and I feel like he didn’t mean to say it. I really really like him and I honestly, genuinely think he didn’t mean to say it.”

Rylan than responded with: “But he did say it,” to which the studio audience applauded.

Chloe then concluded with:

“I know what he said was really really bad, but I honestly think he didn’t mean to say it – even though what he said was very, very bad.

“I love him. I want to know more about him.”

So do Channel 5 producers clearly Chloe, seeing as they made the decision not to remove him from the house.

Back in 2007, housemate Emily was removed from the show for using the n-word to describe fellow housemate Charlie.

She was not given a formal warning before this.
