Two months ago, Rita was told she had a brain tumour and viewers had been waiting to see the outcome of recent medical tests. Tonight, doctors gave her the happy news that the tumour was benign and there were emotional scenes in The Rovers as the Kabin stalwart shared the good news.My campaign to #SaveRita worked!
