Dancing With the Stars Ireland judge Julian Benson will miss tomorrow night’s show.

RTÉ confirmed the news in a statement on Twitter, where they also revealed who will be temporarily replacing him on the show.

“Julian Benson is currently unwell and will miss tomorrow night’s Orchestra special on RTÉ One,” they said on Twitter. “During Julian’s absence he will be replaced by guest judge, former Strictly champ and the show’s creative director, Darren Bennett.”

They added that they’re wishing Benson –  or, as they called him, Captain Sparkle – a speedy recovery.

This week’s Dancing With The Stars will see the RTÉ Concert Orchestra provide the music as the remaining contestants compete for the glitterball trophy.

Here are this week’s song choices:

  • Aidan Forgarty and Emily Barker: Paso Doble to Pompeii by Bastille
  • Grainne Gallanagh and Kai Widdrington: Viennese Waltz to Waltz of the Flowers by Tchaikovsky
  • Lottie Ryan and Pasquale La Rocca: American Smooth to Big Spender by Shirley Bassey
  • Mary Kennedy and John Nolan: Tango to Por Una Cabeza by Carlos Gardel
  • Fr Ray and Kylee Vincent: Salsa to Hot Hot Hot by The Merryman
  • Ryan Andrews and Giulia Dotta: Contemporary Ballroom to Life on Mars by David Bowie
  • Sinead O’Carroll and Ryan McShane: Tango to Sweet Dreams (Are Made of These) by the Eurythmics
